Role OverviewWe are hiring a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end. The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship things customers love and the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product area
* Conduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholders
* Partner closely with engineering and design through the build cycle
* Define and track product metrics; iterate based on data
* Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success
* Make tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping software products
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-making
* Excellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updates
* Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
* Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomes
* Empathy for customers and curiosity about their problems
