You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives. You will manage a team of regional account managers and sales representatives across Italy, build strong customer relationships, and drive the growth of our products in the Italian market. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute sales strategies: create and implement effective sales plans to drive the growth of BIC’s products in the Italian market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales objectives and the strategic direction of the channel. /li liTeam leadership and management: lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance. Provide guidance and support to the team, and monitor their sales activities to maximize productivity. /li liTerritory management: optimize sales coverage and ensure efficient territory management to maximize market penetration and customer outreach. /li liCustomer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners to drive market share growth, the correct product placement, efficient promotions, and sales growth. /li liPerformance tracking and reporting: monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. /li liBudget management: collaborate with the sales and finance teams to develop sales budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective sales operations. /li liCross-functional collaboration: work closely with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with overall company objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. /li liProven experience in field sales management within the FMCG/CPG sector; experience with stationers or traditional trade channel is a plus. /li liStrong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams. /li liExcellent understanding of the Italian landscape, distribution channels, and consumer behavior. /li liAnalytical skills and business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive sales strategies. /li liEffective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. /li liProficiency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. /li liProficient in using sales management software and tools for performance tracking and reporting. /li /ul pBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
