For an international company specializing in B2B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in Rome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company's growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking - Promote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers - Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers - Understand clients' needs and propose value-added solutions - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts - Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery - Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution-based selling - Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical services - Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills - Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively - Good analytical and organizational skills
Languages
- Native Italian - Good command of English
