Sales Agent - Tuscany & Northern Lazio
We are looking for a Sales Account to join our sales team in Beauty Care Business Unit.
How You Make The Difference
As a Sales Agent in the Beauty Care Business Unit, you will manage customer relationships, product assortment, stock turnover, and in-store promotions. You'll ensure daily operations align with plans and contribute to long-term, profitable partnerships. From day one, you'll take on key responsibilities, propose solutions, and deepen your market knowledge. You'll work closely with retailers to boost sell-in, sell-out, and brand visibility, while analyzing consumer data and promo performance. Collaboration with Trade Marketing will support category projects, display strategies, and POP materials. Teamwork, trust, and leadership are essential in this role.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
* Responsible for sales in assigned regions, managing both existing and new customers, and developing tailored sales plans with the manager and sales team.
* Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and act as their main point of contact.
* Provide after-sales support, promote new products/services, and clearly communicate product and pricing details.
* Oversee daily area operations to ensure compliance with planned promotions and assortments, and manage relationships with store managers and in-store displays.
* Analyze consumer and competitor data, evaluate promotional effectiveness, monitor product launches, and report on account status.
* Support the sales manager and team in daily activities, collaborate with Trade Marketing on shelf allocation and category projects.
Your Team
You will directly report to the Traditional Channel Manager in the Sales team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Education: You have a master’s degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master’s degree, in Economics, Marketing, Communication or Management with interest to undertake a path of growth in the field of Marketing & Sales
* Work Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in the commercial function, preferably in the beauty sector
* Technical Skills: You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel and strong analytical skills
* Local Language: proficiency in Italian and English is required
