We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join Amazon PARP (Pick up and Return points) as Key Account Manager in Italy. /p pAmazon PARP is an alternative delivery solution available to Amazon customers, offering convenient pickup and return options. As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network. This strategic role requires a proven track record in C-level stakeholder management, complex contract negotiations, and end-to-end network ownership. /p pAs a key member of the PARP team, you will work cross-functionally to drive the entire client relationship lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include overseeing network development and roll-out, optimizing performance, conducting reviews, creating action plans, and managing contract renewals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring the best possible customer experience while collaborating with teams such as Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, and Product Management. /p pThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Amazon's alternative delivery solutions and make a lasting impact on customer convenience and satisfaction across Italy. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and drive executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic decision-making and partnership growth /li liLead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, service level agreements, and partnership conditions with high-value partners /li liMarket analysis and forecasting to discover insights that inform strategic decisions /li liMaintain ownership and oversight of the PARP network in Italy, including performance optimization, expansion strategy, and quality control /li liDrive development/roll-out, maintain and optimize the current network, conduct performance reviews, create action plans, and manage contract renewals /li liWork cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management) to ensure seamless network operations /li liLead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and market penetration /li liLead offline marketing and advertising campaigns with location partners to boost Amazon Locker awareness and utilization /li liDrive best-in-class customer experience, service, and convenience across all pickup locations /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) /li liExperience in managing strategic customers, owning PL, conducting high-level negotiations, and growing strategic partnerships /li liExperience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries /li liProven experience in managing high-level negotiations /li liStrong commercial awareness, creativity, and analytical skills /li liProven ability to plan strategically with customers and translate strategy into execution /li liAbility to develop and execute strategic plans, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business needs /li liStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree /li liExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
