Responsibilities
* Develop the commercial strategy for the assigned area.
* Implement the assigned customer portfolio.
* Identify new business opportunities in the province of Lucca and surrounding regions.
* Interface with machine manufacturers, system integrators, electricians, contractors, and end‐users to develop business opportunities.
* Promote Telmotor's distinct proposition, emphasizing technical service competence to position the company as a solutions partner in industrial automation, light consulting, and infrastructure.
* Own a consultative sales approach, addressing customer problems and needs.
* Build and maintain stable commercial relationships to generate new opportunities and become the trusted consultant for customer needs.
* Demonstrate strong relational and communication skills, empathy, and negotiation proficiency.
* Show passion for the sector and curiosity for continuous technological evolutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions.
* Manage own time and schedule to achieve shared objectives with the Area Manager.
* Exhibit initiative and a strong drive to reach the desired outcomes.
Qualifications
* Preferable diploma as electrical technician or industrial technician, or a degree in technical–scientific fields.
* Strong knowledge of at least one of the following business sectors: industrial automation (PLC, drives, electromechanics, collaborative robotics) or infrastructure (medium/low voltage, electrical components, building technologies, lighting).
* Experience in consulting sales, relationship building, and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Teamwork orientation and synergy with technical areas.
* Self‐management and ability to plan time for achieving goals.
