Juniper is Growing We are seeking Driver Crew Members for our Tree Care teams. Our Arbor Crew Members perform work on the ground and support the Climbing Arborists to help preserve and care for trees in urban and residential areas. Juniper's Arbor Crew Members are entry level positions for people who enjoy working outdoors and have an interest in tree care, with a focus on safety and quality of work. No prior tree care experience is required.

Responsibilities:
* Performing tree care work on the ground using chainsaws, skid steers, and other machinery
* Working with a small team to ensure tree care projects follow specifications
* Moving debris, throwing lines, and setting ladders to support the aerial workers
* Maintaining a high level of focus on safety procedures and safety awareness
* Communicating with the Arbor Manager on project details
* Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform tree care duties
* Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
* Valid US driver's license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record verification requirements
* Comfortable handling and transporting large tree trucks
* Previous tree care experience preferred, but not required
* Strong focus on safety
* Self-motivated and possessing leadership qualities
* Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
* Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
* Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
