What do we look for?
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Minimum of 5 years of bar experience in restaurants or hotels
Strong knowledge of all local and international beverages featured on the Nusr-Et menu
Skilled in cocktail preparation and presentation
Knowledgeable and attentive to hygiene standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and shift-based scheduling
Energetic, xjrgpwk team-oriented, and highly adaptable
What will you work on?
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
Engage with guests to identify their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and ingredients
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
