The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the Italian market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeads all commercial activities in the country, including business development, sales execution, and key customer relationships. Developing and managing the portfolio of clients: prospecting new clients, retaining existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. /li liEnsures the local commercial strategy aligns with regional objectives and delivers on agreed performance targets: translating objectives into concrete actions, coordinating the execution of the action plan, effectively using CRM tools, managing the budget… /li liRepresents the company with customers, partners, authorities, and other external stakeholders. Participating in the development of the distribution network: identifying acquisition opportunities (existing facilities or land to be developed) and presenting them to the Board. /li liServes as the senior point of coordination in-country, helping connect functional teams and raise local issues where needed. Creating and maintaining close and confident relationships and partnerships with all the company departments (IT, logistics, marketing, communication…). /li liParticipates and represents the country in relevant projects, events, and meetings, either internally or externally.
