Major Job Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and maintain customer relationships within target segments.
* Develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
* Create and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and deals.
* Onboard anchor customers with innovative business models.
* Present technical knowledge on our propositions, especially around Defense and Public Safety.
Responsibilities, Objectives, and Duties:
* Define market strategies and goals for each product/service, aligned with account objectives.
* Meet and exceed sales, margin, and revenue targets.
* Ensure high quality and consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Develop sales strategies to drive growth in relevant markets.
* Create new value propositions, use cases, and campaigns.
* Identify decision-makers and approach prospects with innovative methods.
* Recommend product and service enhancements to increase value.
* Manage proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing sales professionally.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technical developments.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reliability.
* Adopt a proactive hunting mindset.
Qualifications and Education:
* 5+ years in System Integration for IoT/Telco/Networking, preferably in Defense markets.
* Excellent English and Italian communication skills; knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
* Proven experience in Defense/Public Safety sales growth YoY.
* Established relationships within MOD/MOI in Europe.
* Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
