Panoram Hotel Management is a forward‑thinking hotel management company with presence in Spain and Italy and a continuously growing portfolio under renowned international brands such as Hilton, IHG and Accor. Our mission is to deliver efficient, innovative and results‑driven management, supported by scalable systems, digitalization and operational excellence.

As part of the upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily, we are seeking a Sales Manager with strong commercial expertise, strategic mindset and passion for hospitality, ready to lead the hotel’s pre‑opening commercial strategy and position the property in both national and international markets.


Lead the pre‑opening commercial plan, positioning the hotel strategically in key national and international markets from day one.
Develop and execute sales and marketing actions that drive revenue across all segments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and Panoram objectives.
Proactive business development skills across Leisure, Groups, MICE and Social Events.
Build, nurture and grow relationships with key accounts, securing new business opportunities and increasing market share.
Conduct client visits, FAM trips, show rounds and target sales initiatives to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events and community platforms to enhance visibility and strengthen commercial positioning.
Ensure all marketing content and promotional materials are updated and aligned with Hilton brand guidelines, supporting effective PR and communication efforts.
Monitor sales KPIs, market trends and competitive insights, proposing proactive strategies to optimize performance and achieve commercial targets.
Work closely with other Commercial disciplines (Revenue Management, Marketing & BI) to optimize Total Revenue, mix and pace.


3-5 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within hotel sales.
~ Strong commercial mindset, networking, negotiation and communication skills.
~ Fluent Italian is essential. A professional level of English is required.
~ Additional languages are an advantage.
~ Experience in seasonal destinations.
~ Proven track record in Groups, Events.
~ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
