This position offers exposure to high-technology domains within a global industrial group.ResponsibilitiesDefine and baseline the programme WBS in alignment with customer requirementsEstablish baselines and maintain configuration control within scopeSupport recovery and corrective actions for scope, cost, and schedule changesIdentify and structure Control Accounts to deliver the WBSDetermine programme performance measurements with key leadsVerify progress against scope and cost objectives; assess deviationsManage bid support and de-risk delivery for the programmeApply governance and first-line assurance across executionRelease Control Accounts for execution and advise on ownershipDevelop integrated schedules and support detailed Consolidated SchedulesMonitor progress and cost; propose corrective actionsProvide programmatic solutions to delivery bottlenecksReview deviation reports for alignment with baseline and strategic objectivesLead delivery of programme elements with cross-functional integrationProvide updates to Programme Delivery Lead on status and performanceMentor delivery teams to reduce bottlenecksSupport closure planning and formal closure of Control AccountsAssist in assessment of changes and closure xjrgpwk activitiesEnsure timely delivery of outputs within timelines and budgetsAim for improved delivery efficiency through process optimizationQualificationsPMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or APM certificationBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subjectLeadership experience with mentoring and stakeholder engagementExperience leading large-scale programmes and cross-functional collaborationStrong programme management experience with cost forecasting and budgeting5–10 years of proven experience in similar rolesStrong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
