Role: Product Manager EMEA Sector: Durable goods and innovative solutions for Logistics Industries Business channels: B2B direct channel Workplace: Province of Pordenone, Friuli Venezia Giulia Level and RAL: Max managerial level – RAL €55k-€65k Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the Product Manager defines an activity roadmap to maximize the value of the product family globally. Supports the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborates across departments (R&D, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing). Responsibilities include supporting commercial objectives through market analysis and sales reporting. The role involves technical solution research and analysis to meet the needs of established and prospective clients, engaging with technical B2B stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics internationally and domestically. Defines global product positioning strategies, identifying technical features and market needs, contributing to product development, and coordinating with Technical and Sales departments. Manages Product Life Cycle, analyzes markets and competitors, and proposes new product development based on market insights and specific needs, collaborating on complex technological projects. Communicates corporate sustainability policies, promoting the value of company actions. Focuses on product improvement, proactively managing the product plan in collaboration with relevant teams, and conducts analytical market studies to evaluate business potential and qualitative and quantitative insights. We seek candidates with proven experience in the role, preferably with a background in marketing and solid experience in international industrial production contexts, ideally supporting Supply Chain functions. Skills include pricing, data analysis, segmentation, and product positioning. Knowledge of technical drawing is required. Excellent command of English is necessary; an MBA is appreciated.
