Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned service products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts.
Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
Ability to accept overseas business trips; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
