Regional Sales ManagerAbout the company:Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, today we are a market leader in Ukraine and successfully export our products to numerous countries across Europe and worldwide.We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna regions.Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region.- Achieve sales targets and grow the client base.- Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.- Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.- Conduct client meetings and negotiations.- Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows.- Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.Requirements- Residence in Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna.- Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.- Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B).- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Confident use of MS Office tools.- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.We offer- Transparent motivation system (base salary + sales commission + KPI bonuses).- Work in an international, fast-growing company.- Ongoing support from management and colleagues.- Opportunities for career and professional development.- Partial remote work in a home-office format.- Business trips and participation in exhibitions.- Paid vacation and sick leave.Join usIf you are passionate about sales, communication, and growth, and want to represent a strong international brand in the beauty industry — we’d love to meet you!
