Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to make a significant impact on our SAP project. The key responsibilities include: Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. Orchestrating overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones. Supporting de-escalation of critical customer situations in collaboration with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support teams. Participating in customer release and maintenance activities. Assisting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP. Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinating with SAP stakeholders, including virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success. Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for account transition based on growth or complexity. Ensuring systematic onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer sessions for associates. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of technical expertise in SAP Basis with hands-on experience in HANA database. Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB) is mandatory. Experience with SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc.) integration is a plus. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Language skills: Italian (C2 or native), English (B2 or above). 5-6 years of experience in multinational software/IT organizations, with at least 5 years in SAP Basis S/4HANA. At least 2 years of cloud knowledge through solution management, consulting, or delivery program management. Location Account Manager position based in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.
