Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate potential CMO partners aligned with Datwyler’s long-term growth strategy.
* Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
* Negotiate partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive commercial success.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute partnership initiatives.
* Develop joint go-to-market activities including co-branding, cross-promotions, and strategic marketing.
* Monitor partnership performance through KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that enhance our competitive edge.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic partnerships within healthcare or parenteral packaging.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
