Technical Sales Manager – Italy
Location: Remote, must be based in production regions between Milan and Provence Reporting to: Country Manager
Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead commercial and technical sales activities across Italy. This position suits a candidate who can confidently engage in technical conversations with customers while also managing pricing discussions and closing business. The role combines consultative technical selling with strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companies Deliver technical support and product positioning during customer meetings Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts Lead commercial negotiations and close sales agreements Monitor market trends and competitor activity Collaborate with the Country Manager on regional sales planning Requirements Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or Veterinary-related field Experience in technical sales within animal nutrition or feed markets Strong ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes Fluent Italian English proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum) Comfortable managing a territory-based, remote role Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Annual premio Company car
