As our Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll run the show during the early hours, guiding the team through setup, service and resets while keeping the morning vibe calm, bright and welcoming. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliLead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone /liliGuide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment /liliSupport training and onboarding for new team members /liliKeep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety /liliStay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed /liliHandle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities /liliShare targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them /liliWork closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing /li /ulh3What You’ll Have /h3ulliYou have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role /liliYou bring confidence leading a team during service /liliYou communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy /liliYou have an eye for detail and keep service consistent /liliYou bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing /liliYou work well with different teams and lead by example /liliYou speak English and Italian, extra languages are a bonus /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
