ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the Danish market, as part of the Growth Markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills fluent in Danish and English. Our Sales Spirit

Things You'll Do

Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions. Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

Experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi‑country clients, and driving end‑to‑end sales cycles. 5‑8 years of successful B2B sales experience in Large or Enterprise/Global Accounts environment. Outbound prospecting & independent territory management. Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self‑motivated, excellent closing skills. A goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills. Fluent in both Danish and English.

Bonus Points For

Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity. Experience in working with clients with a multi‑level DMU. A background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
