Sr. Regional Marketing Manager - Italy, Spain & IsraelMKTQ227R12Databricks is at the forefront of innovation in the data and AI industry, empowering organizations to harness the power of data and artificial intelligence.As Sr. Field Marketing Manager for Italy, Spain and Israel, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and business growth across the region. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative regional marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, convert them into opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline. This cross‐functional role requires close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Management, and other field teams. You will initially report to the Director, EMEA Continental Marketing.Impact you'll have

Build the territory strategy with sales stakeholders and execute regional marketing programsLead end‐to‐end execution of all regional field marketing programmes and events, both physical and virtual, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement. This includes onsite execution with occasional multi‐day travel (currently no travel to Israel until further notice)Build data‐driven and integrated marketing plans in close alignment with corporate and EMEA marketing to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.Evaluate and execute the most effective partner and third‐party event co‐marketing opportunitiesEffectively manage budgets and evaluate ROI of all campaignsCollaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to enhance lead‐to‐opportunity conversion ratesGenerate qualified leads through innovative and cost‐effective marketing strategies, driving pipeline growth, consumption and revenueLeverage data to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies, ensuring sustained business growth and programme optimisationEstablish strong communication channels with sales and regional teams to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns tailored to the region

What we look for

Proven experience in managing field marketing events, including proprietary, third‐party and virtual events, with a track record of successful executionDemonstrated ability to deliver tangible business results through strategic marketing programsAbility to lead and collaborate with cross‐functional teams in a dynamic and fast‐paced enterprise software environmentStrong ability to develop and optimize data‐driven marketing plans, consistently meeting KPIs within budget and tight deadlinesProven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on execution and deliveryFluent in English, and at least one of either Italian or Spanish
