Main activities The Resource, inserted within the Personnel Department - Industrial and Regulatory Relations, will be one of the points of reference for the Personnel Management teams of the Group Business Units, in relation to all labor law/trade union issues of an individual and collective nature and will specifically deal with the following activities: in collaboration with the competent functions, manage disciplinary proceedings, internal audits and any disputes; manage legal profiles in relations with the authorities (e.g. Labor Inspectorate, INPS, INAIL etc.); collaborate in the management of relations with trade union organizations at various levels (Regional and Territorial Trade Union Organisations, RSU, RLS); collaborate in the management of relationships/activities with employer organizations (Utilitalia, Confservizi); provide support in studies for the renewal of the relevant CCNL, with participation in the related work in the Commissions at national level; prepare and negotiate collective agreements and materials for trade union meetings, with particular reference to the preparation of meetings (calling meetings, examination of problems, research of documentation, in-depth analysis of legal aspects, setting up of negotiations, meetings with managers of the companies involved), the drafting of minutes of meeting and trade union agreements provide legal support with reference to all HR issues in due diligence in M&A operations, as well as in the case of acquisition/sale of a business unit, the necessary support for the union information procedure pursuant to art. 2112 cc and law 428/90 provide labor law support in corporate reorganization operations; provide employment legal support in the field of Environment and Occupational Health and Safety and on privacy issues for any union and/or employment relationship impacts; monitor regulatory/jurisprudential updates on labor and trade union law issues at a national level, as well as the best practices developed by other companies, including those from different sectors; prepare documents and insights on labor law issues for the Personnel Management teams Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves Degree in Law/Economics/Labour Relations; passion for labor/union law issues and desire to learn company regulations and practices; at least 5 years of experience in medium-structured companies and/or law firms/labor consultancy, working on labor law/trade union law issues; experience in managing the extrajudicial and judicial phases. Preferential/Nice to have knowledge of collective bargaining in the public service sectors will be favorably considered, with particular reference to environmental and energy ones (environmental hygiene, electricity, gas and water); advanced knowledge of the Office package; attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills complete the profile; confidentiality and predisposition to manage confidential issues, study/work experience in multicultural environments, ability to work and provide one's contribution in multidisciplinary teams; result orientation; Availability and short and frequent trips within the area required.
