What you’ll achieve
As an ISAE – Global Inbound, you will handle inbound requests from new and existing customers and partners across multiple countries, consulting on how Dell Technologies’ products and services fit into their solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will:
* Respond to inbound emails, web inquiries and phone calls from global customers and partners, providing timely and high‑quality support
* Qualify and develop inbound leads, understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Dell Technologies solutions and services
* Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives, channel partners and internal specialist teams to progress opportunities and close deals
* Manage a high volume, fast‑paced inbound pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation, follow‑up and opportunity management in our systems
* Deliver a world‑class customer experience on every interaction, representing Dell Technologies’ values and brand across all touchpoints
Essential Requirements
* Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
* Ability to quickly understand and align our offerings to diverse global customer and partner needs
* Capacity to be a results‑oriented teammate, comfortable working in a high‑volume inbound environment
* Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills; ability to build rapport rapidly over phone, web and email
* Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing position, ideally handling inbound sales or lead qualification
Desirable Requirements
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales, inbound sales or customer support
* Experience working with international customers; additional languages beyond English are an advantage
