We are looking for an Aftersales Area Manager who is ready to support the development of our Italian network and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

* Provide on‑site support and consulting within the Changan Italy Network.
* Drive commercial development and help achieve After‑sales organizational and sales targets.
* Promote contractual products and initiatives tied to Changan Italy partnerships.
* Work with Partners to deliver high‑quality service and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support participation in promotional initiatives developed by Changan.
* Monitor service KPIs and analyze surveys, performance data, and promotional actions.
* Ensure compliance with After‑sales standards defined in active contracts.
* Manage Workshop Tests and prepare related action plans.
* Analyze territory and Network capacity to improve productivity.
* Support the Network on technical topics, warranties, CRM activities, and marketing actions.
* Monitor the correct use of the Changan brand and identify any unauthorized applications.
* Prepare reports and presentations related to Aftersales activities.
* Availability for frequent national travel.
* Professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
* Degree in technical, economic, or legal disciplines.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and database systems.
* Solid experience in the automotive sector.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills within a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
* Play a key role in an exciting market‑launch and start‑up phase.
* Work in a lively, energetic, collaborative team.
