Pp*Must be local to Naples, Italy or be willing to relocate to be considered* /p pOur Deloitte Strategy Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (MA), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. /p h3Work You’ll Do /h3 pThe Mission Alignment Support Staff is responsible for advancing organizational knowledge management and policy development initiatives. This role oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems, develops and maintains relevant policies, and designs training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful exchange of information, alignment with strategic objectives and the promotion of best practices across the organization. /p ul liDevelop and refine policies that support knowledge management objectives. /li liEnsure alignment of policies with broader strategic goals and compliance requirements. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor policy adherence. /li liOversee the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and tools. /li liEnsure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of shared information. /li liCoordinate with the Knowledge Exchange Manager to capture lessons learned and best practices. /li liDesign and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge management capabilities. /li liDevelop training materials and resources tailored to different levels of staff expertise. /li liEvaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement. /li liWork closely with Communications Coordinator to ensure complementary communication strategies. /li liFacilitate workshops and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange. /li liSupport cross-organizational initiatives that drive process improvements and policy alignment. /li /ul h3The Team /h3 pDeloitte’s Government Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
