P Chef de Rang /pp Idylio by Apreda /p p For our Michelin-starred Restaurant Idylio by Apreda, located at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel – Autograph Collection, we are looking for an enthusiastic, well-mannered and guest-oriented Chef de Rang, who will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities and assignments: /p p Setting and maintaining high standards of table presentation and restaurant ambiance; br / br / /pp Keeping cleanliness of work areas, china, glass and other equipment throughout the day; br / br / /pp Welcomingand acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs; br / br / /pp Providingan attentive and professional service; br / br / /pp Ensuring that all standards of hygiene and food safety are followed, according to HACCP regulations and company policy; br / br / /pp Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, product availability and making them aware about potential additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests; br / br / /pp Anticipating guests needs, ascertaining satisfaction, offering suggestions and promptly responding to their concerns and requests; br / br / /pp Performing opening and closing procedures established for the department; br / br / /pp Closing guests checks in a proper and accurate manner; br / br / /pp Reportingguests’ complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guests; br / br / /pp Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. /p p Requirements: /p p Fluent in Italian and English; br / br / /pp Proficiency in additional languages is a plus; br / br / /pp Previous experience in a Michelin awarded restaurant; br / br / /pp Strong knowledge of Food and Wine, with the ability to provide professional recommendations to guests; br / br / /pp Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality; br / br / /pp Maintaining appropriate appearance and personal grooming while on duty; br / br / /pp Able to work 5 days, 8 hours per week, 40 hours total; br / br / /pp Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high standard service under pressure; br / br / /pp Availability towork late nights, weekends and holidays. /p p To apply please send your CV to: /p
