Job Responsibilities
Manage assigned regional key customers and other relevant customers within the territory, focusing on revenue and profitability growth aligned with the company's commercial strategy.
* Primary contact for customers and CooperVision to achieve short- and long-term sales growth.
* Build, lead, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver value-added solutions for customers and the company.
Key collaborations include:
* Customer Service to maintain acceptable service levels.
* Field professional network to deliver training programs and enhance product knowledge.
* Customer Marketing to develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key customers.
Achieve sales targets through effective activity implementation and a strategic call plan. Optimize travel to increase prospecting and visit efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CooperVision's products, clinical and technical information, market positioning, and brand messages to support customer needs.
Attend all sales meetings to understand company direction, action plans, and performance expectations.
Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance customer experience.
Complete all reporting and administrative duties accurately, including CRM updates and customer records, to ensure knowledge sharing.
Perform any other duties related to the company's business.

This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for achieving sales targets through key customers and developing relevant regional accounts.
