Sommelier (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Professional advice and sales-oriented guest service in our restaurant
* Professional serving of wine and spirits
* Recognising, ensuring and assessing the quality of wines
* Optimal wine storage and creation of promotional and wine lists
* Close cooperation with the entire F&B department
* Appropriate selection, cost-conscious purchasing and inventory of all items
* Training of employees
Your profile:
* Proven professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
* Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or as a sommelier
* Wine knowledge and wine sensory analysis
* Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
* Ambition, sociability and motivation
* High service and quality orientation
* Very good knowledge of German and Italian, knowledge of English an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
