Our marketing footprint in EMEA continues to evolve, which means you will have the autonomy to shape initiatives while benefiting from the support of an experienced international marketing team.As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy across Europe, working closely with Sales, Product and other internal stakeholders to support business growth and strengthen Tosca’s brand.You will operate as a hands-on marketing leader, supported by internal and external marketing experts.This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing EMEA.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute the marketing strategy for the Downstream business unit in alignment with EMEA marketing plans and regional commercial prioritiesBuild strong market and product expertise to create marketing programs tailored to different customer segments and personasDefine, justify and manage the marketing budget aligned with business objectivesDesign strategies to attract, engage and convert customers while increasing retentionDevelop and execute innovative marketing campaigns including digital nurturing and product launch supportPlan and coordinate Tosca’s participation in industry events, conferences and trade shows across EuropeAct as a key marketing advisor and main point of contact for Sales teams and internal stakeholdersCreate marketing and sales materials in collaboration with the broader marketing teamDrive content localization and translation initiatives across European marketsSupport brand awareness initiatives to strengthen Tosca’s presence in EuropeMonitor marketing trends and bring innovative ideas into Tosca’s marketing approachTrack campaign performance and ROI, implementing improvements where requiredYour profileEducation & experiencePreferable bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing roleExperience in B2B environments is strongly preferredSkills & mindsetStrong self-initiative with excellent organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on executionCreative and proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsFluent in English;
