The
Italy FS District Manager
is responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals within a designated geographic region. This involves implementing tailored action plans based on region market insights to achieve defined sales targets, effectively managing teams and defining key requirements and capabilities necessary for execution of strategies. Further, the role entails overseeing client relationship management, coordinating with relevant teams and departments for order fulfillment, logistics and inventory management, and effectively addressing relevant issues and challenges.
Your Day-to-day Activities
* Implementation of sales strategies specific to the designated geographic area, effectively managing sales area teams to achieve defined sales targets and adhere to spending budget
* Develops and implements action plans for the assigned geographic area, understanding local market dynamics, including sales trends, customer demographics, competitor activities, while tailoring approaches to maximize sales performance
* Defines key requirements and capabilities needed to support the execution of the commercial strategy within the designated geographic area, including sales force knowledge, tools, and incentives, ensuring that sales teams are well-equipped to achieve sales goals
* Ensures compliance of all sales activities with relevant industry laws, regulations and standards
Who We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales management within the Away From Home / Food Service channel, with a strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals across different territories
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to manage client negotiations, foster long-term partnerships, and expand business opportunities
* You have a Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields
