Your Key Responsibilities: - Promote Advanced Materials: Showcase your expertise in advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys to drive business growth. - Sales Leadership: Take charge of the entire Outokumpu product and service portfolio, guiding clients through the sales process from start to finish. - Strategy Execution: Actively implement and contribute to Outokumpu's sales strategy and participate in strategic projects to enhance competitiveness. - Client Engagement: Manage and nurture key accounts within your assigned territory while also driving the acquisition of new customers. - Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends through proactive market observation and participation in trade events like trade fairs and customer seminars. - Negotiation Expertise: Lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism, securing long-term partnerships. What We Are Looking For: - Education: A technical and/or business degree is preferred. - Experience: Solid B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of stainless steel production and processing methods. - Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are a plus. - Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and SAP. - Sales Drive: A proactive, results-oriented personality with a deep technical understanding and a passion for sales. - Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad as needed. - Location: Ideally based in Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna. A valid driver’s license is required.
