Partner with the best As Cultural Program Facilitator you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering cultural training programs conducting interactive sessions, and fostering an inclusive learning environment Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities - Facilitating the experience sessions in person. Facilitate engaging training sessions, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants. Utilize various instructional methods, such as role-playing, and multimedia resources, to enhance learning. - Preparing the necessary materials and spaces: Design comprehensive cultural training materials tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. Incorporate relevant cultural topics and communication strategies into the content. Create supplementary resources, including handouts, guides, and multimedia materials, to support ongoing cultural learning. - Enhancing the experience with new creative topics and ideas: Stay updated on current cultural trends and integrate relevant information into training programs. - Managing the experience feedback segment: Implement assessment tools to evaluate participants' understanding and cultural competence. Leverage NPS, feedback and suggestions for improvement, fostering continuous learning. - Managing the experience on-line calendar Organizing external experts consultancies events Collaborating with the steering committee and stakeholders to integrate cultural competence into broader organizational initiatives Managing the experience related events for local communities Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Intercultural Studies, Education, Sociology). - Proven experience as a cultural trainer or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication, diversity, equity and inclusion. - Excellent and proven facilitation and presentation skills. - Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse learning needs. - Interpersonal skills to effectively connect with participants from different cultural backgrounds. - Continuous learning mindset to stay informed about evolving cultural dynamics - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs - Fluent in English Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
