Senior Product Manager‑Tech, Selling Partner Trust

Sellers’ trust in Amazon is our top priority, and in this role you will build that trust over time by launching new products and developing novel ways to measure progress. You will be a senior product manager responsible for simplifying the experience for selling partners worldwide, focusing on scaling systems and tooling to manage account health and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and evolve the product strategy and vision grounded in customer needs, internal insights, and external analysis.
* Identify opportunities to improve the selling partner experience and translate them into products and features with clear business impact.
* Own the product roadmap from concept to launch – prioritize ruthlessly for ROI, manage scope, and deliver a consistent cadence of high‑quality releases.
* Write clear, comprehensive requirements documents and partner with engineering to influence technical design, make trade‑offs, and unblock delivery.
* Work directly with internal customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and existing solutions.
* Drive execution by establishing clear ownership, project commitments, and reporting mechanisms that keep teams accountable.
* Build and own cross‑org mechanisms (QBRs, roadmap reviews, goal alignment) to drive visibility and coordinated execution across teams.
* Communicate and evangelize product innovations to stakeholders and the broader selling community.
* Query and analyze data to surface insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and business decisions at scale.
A Day in the Life
You will own the product roadmap, deciding what gets built now, what comes later, and what doesn’t make the cut. By using your technical instincts to challenge assumptions, you will balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will ship on time with features that meet a high quality bar and then evangelize the value to ensure adoption. You will dive deep into data to inform decisions, write clear documents for senior leaders, and guide cross‑functional teams forward through influence and not authority.
About the Team
The team is part of WW Selling Partner Services (SPS) and works to ensure selling partners feel confident growing their business with Amazon while equipping them with tools and information needed to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and Amazon policies.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
* Experience delivering features and managing trade‑offs in a product.
* Experience managing technical products or online services.
* Experience as a Technical Product Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working directly with engineering teams.
* Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
