The Role: Sales Executive Responsibilities Contribute to the annual account planning process. Leverage a solid background in HR or Payroll technology and services, HR Business Consulting, and HR Cloud Solutions & Services. Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts to incorporate market insights into sales strategies. Identify and close new business opportunities. Maintain client relationships and understand competitive landscape. Generate demand for Alight products and expand service offerings based on client needs. Create and execute account mapping, renewal, retention, and strategic plans. Utilize relationships to achieve revenue growth and expansion. Lead high-level discussions with client executives. Develop solution expansion scopes, involving relevant resources for demos and scope management. Coordinate with internal teams on pricing strategies and business reviews. Demonstrate upselling skills to secure product adoption and incremental budgets. Ensure client satisfaction through product adoption and renewals. Provide forecasts and reports to support strategic decisions. Build relationships with C-level clients, including CHRO, CFO, CIO. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client business goals. Develop understanding of Alight's product suite to meet client needs effectively. Prioritize client engagement to maximize revenue and minimize churn. Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and add value. Qualifications Formal education and certifications; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8-10 years of professional sales experience. Strong client management and forecasting skills. Analytical approach to client outcomes and value articulation. Leadership qualities to inspire and energize teams. Resilience and ability to work under pressure. Availability for 10-25% travel, sometimes on short notice.
