We are looking for an experienced KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER HOTEL ITALY to join our team with immediate placement. This role is critical in maintaining the relationships with our most valubale clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Main tasks include:
Set-up, implement and control the annual sales plan based on targeted sales. Follow-up of existing clients and consolidate long term contracts with key accounts (hotels belongs to Global brands, local chains, independent hotels, cruise companies and ship yards) Active acquisition of new customers Identify trends in the market, report feedback on competition and provide input on future developments and strategies To be strongly involved in innovation and product development processes, particularly by identifying product and service needs on customer and consumer side in the responsible market segment. closely involved in the definition of marketing activities for the development of the contract business, developing the activity plan in collaboration with the marketing department and evaluating the costs Preparation of sales offers Follow-up of running orders, together with back office Monitor and follow up sales results. To work closely with Sales organizations in other countries to ensure potential alignment of business activities, taking full advantage of existing resources and potential synergies in sales developments elsewhere within the Group Building a sales agent network Organizing and participating in industry trade shows in collaboration with the marketing department Strong contribution to product assortment development in collaboration with the NPD department
Requirements/Skills
Experience in Contract business (supply for hospitality is advantage) is appreciated Experience from sales (min. 3 years) Experience and understanding of Project Sales and Project management Willingness to travel on business Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Preferably based in Veneto Fluency in English is required Company car Company computer and mobile phone
