PIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: /pulliBuilding close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products. /liliAchieving sales objectives related to product mix and market opportunities by analyzing market data, influencing decision-makers, and driving sales growth. /liliEngaging in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team, and recommending marketing strategies and product positioning. /liliManaging and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), with a focus on sales revenue. /liliSupporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated regional vertical markets. /li /ulpAdditional responsibilities include: /pulliConsulting with end users, liaising with major system integrators, and updating customers with product information. /liliGrowing project pipelines and revenue streams from existing customers and acquiring new customers. /liliReporting weekly on sales activities and project progress. /liliConducting customer audits and analyzing market segmentation, positioning, and targeting. /liliContributing ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events. /liliFocusing on product, channel, and customer margins, ensuring forecast accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven success in a business development or sales role within a demanding environment. /liliExtensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and consultants. /liliAbility to independently understand customer needs, develop solutions, and prepare professional proposals. /liliKnowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT Networking. /liliExperience working for a CCTV manufacturer is advantageous but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and topology. /liliBusiness or technical degree is preferred. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliMotivation to enhance market presence and brand recognition. /liliStrong relationship-building skills with internal teams and key clients. /liliIndependent thinking, good judgment, and team leadership qualities. /liliOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. /liliSelf-motivated with strong communication skills, capable of presenting at executive levels. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluency in English and at least one European language. /liliA valid driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis role is field-based, ideally located in the Milan area or Southern Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
