Implement organizational policies and procedures.
Entrepreneurial Responsibility Finance & Controlling
Lead the business to achieve budget and other planned financial and non-financial KPIs.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Make decisions aligned with the business objectives of the Segment and Business Unit.
Analyze market trends, environment, sales turnover, and contribution margin.
Define requirements for the product portfolio.
Strategy Development
Implement sales strategies in the assigned business area, focusing on customer groups.
Monitor the market and competition regularly and provide sufficient information to management (market intelligence).
Support strategic programs such as partner of choice, product, and customer portfolio management.
Customer Relations
Responsible for customer acquisition, managing contracts, and business proposals.
1. Conduct commercial negotiations aligned with segment strategy.
2. Maintain customer expectations while adhering to corporate standards.
3. Escalate customer issues and specific requests as needed.
Develop and maintain strategic and cooperative relationships with customers to support segment strategy.
Align customer demands with corporate standards.
Ensure close customer relationship management within compliance boundaries.
Representation of the Segment / Business Unit
Represent the regional business to major stakeholders, customers, industry associations, international trading groups, government agencies, and similar groups to secure the interests of the Segment / Business Unit / Business Area / Continental AG.
Represent the Segment / Business Area / ContiTech / Continental AG at customer events and exhibitions.
Quality
Ensure standards and quality guidelines (internal and external) are met, promote quality awareness, and achieve customer quality targets.
Ensure compliance with the Continental Code of Conduct and all legal requirements.
Implement and uphold the Continental Values within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field; minimum 3 years experience in Sales Account Management; project management experience is preferable.
Additional Information
1. Knowledge of rubber hoses market & products.
2. Fluent in Italian & English.
3. Valid driving license required for weekly customer visits.
4. Living in Veneto area is preferred.
