The Inside Sales Executive will be customer‑facing and leading sales of safety and regulatory medical services in assigned territory, which requires basic knowledge of medical regulations, collaboration with internal experts, and a sense of urgency to respond to customer inquiries as well as promoting UL Solutions services. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServes as primary point of contact for existing accounts and new clients; responds quickly to client inquiries. /li liEducates clients on medical device safety and regulatory requirements and takes ownership throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution; brings in additional technical resources (e.g., subject matter experts) when needed. /li liResponsible for understanding specific customer needs, articulating UL Solutions value proposition in client presentations and proposals and managing client interactions to close sales. /li liBuilds trust and engages with customers to identify their specific needs and pain points (e.g., understanding the basic safety regulatory requirements surrounding the customers product and the potential pathway to market). /li liMaintains up to date knowledge on the medical services offered by UL Solutions. /li liMeets or exceeds quarterly and annual sales quotas; works closely with technical experts to articulate UL Solutions value proposition and address customer needs. /li liAdvises business leadership on evolving customer needs, pain points, and industry trends to help inform future offerings. /li liWorks closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless collaboration with customers throughout the sales cycle. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s and/or graduate degree, in business, biomedical engineering, life science or related field. /li liEnglish proficiency must be at least C1 level. /li li3+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. /li liMedical device and/or life science industry experience preferred. /li liBusiness acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes. /li liProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software. /li /ul h3Total Rewards /h3 ul liAdditional premio compensation with a Sales Incentive target of 20%. /li liLunch voucher (8 € per working day). /li liVoluntary Individual Pension Plan “Trattamento di Fine Rapporto (TFR)”. /li liFiscal Assistance. /li li2 extra holidays for volunteer work. /li /ul pThis position is gender-neutral and open to all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
