In this role, you’ll manage part of the Kampaay customer portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for our clients, managing their business needs, and acting as their event planning consultant supported by our Operations team.Thanks to your deep knowledge of the event industry, you will be the best consultant for our customers, helping them plan their annual event calendar, ensuring quality and effectiveness using our platform.LocationThis is a hybrid role: the main office is in Milan, but we encourage you to visit our office as often as possible.What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Key Account ManagerManage your customer portfolio to expand Kampaay’s customer spending.Lead platform onboarding (up to 100+ users per company) and initial customer interactions to build long-term relationships.Implement activities in the customer contract to strengthen partnerships and serve as the key event contact (following the “One partner” approach).Expand managed accounts to increase their annual spending.Report and forecast client wallet activity to monitor trends and predict future performance.Manage contract renewals.Gather customer feedback to improve our services and platform.Collaborate with Customer Key Operations accounts on event delivery, expansion strategies, and client care.What We’re Looking For8-10 years of experience as an Account/Event Manager, Key Account Manager in the event industry, agency, or similar.Experience managing Key Accounts at a commercial level, maintaining client relationships, and supporting clients.Strong client care skills.Deep understanding of event operations, including complexity, supplier needs, and budgeting, to serve as a consultant.Passion for digital innovation and using it to enhance the event industry.Experience with digital solutions and a desire to learn about new innovations.Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2+).We value soft skills that align with your extensive business experience, so you should be confident and proactive.What You’ll GetWe prioritize your success and offer numerous perks to support your work and well-being, with additional benefits as Kampaay grows:Competitive salary package.Flexible hybrid work policy and a relaxed office environment.An inclusive culture focused on parity (nearly 50% women).Career development opportunities aligned with your ambitions.Weekly fresh fruit and daily coffee/tea.Company-provided laptop, monitor, and phone, with setup flexibility.Healthcare coverage through our Health Assistance Program.Wellness perks (WellHub, UnoBravo sessions, FunnyFin support).Daily meal vouchers (€8/day).A team-first culture emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and ownership (more at https://www.kampaay.com/about-us).Regular team events and offsites.Why Join Us?At Kampaay, we foster a space for growth—whether you want to enhance your sales skills, lead impactful projects, or help scale a rapidly growing company.
