PIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: /pulliBuilding close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products. /liliAchieving sales objectives related to product and market share by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. /liliEngaging in strategic planning for short- and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team to ensure proper product positioning, and collaborating on marketing strategies with the Country Manager. /liliManaging and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue from these partners. /liliSupporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities in designated regional and vertical markets. /li /ulpResponsibilities include: /pulliConsulting with end users, and liaising with major system integrators at senior levels. /liliKeeping customers informed about product information. /liliExpanding project pipelines and revenue from existing customers and acquiring new customers. /liliReporting weekly on sales and project progress. /liliConducting customer audits. /lilibMarket segmentation, positioning, and targeting. /b /liliContributing ideas for marketing plans for new product launches and customer events. /liliFocusing on product/channel/customer margins. /liliEnsuring accurate sales forecasting and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpRequirements include: /pulliA proven track record in business development or sales, with success in demanding environments. /liliExtensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar market segments, especially in presenting solutions to end users and consultants. /liliAbility to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals. /liliMarket knowledge, including main channels and potential customers in the electronic security, IT, and Networking markets. /liliExperience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. /liliBusiness or technical degree is advantageous. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills, motivation, team orientation, and organizational skills. /liliProactive problem-solving and self-motivation. /liliExcellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluency in English and at least one European language. /liliClean driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or Southern Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and possibly abroad. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
