PWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The Bess Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. /ppAs a first step, several main accountabilities are expected from the potential candidate : /ppb1. Sales Strategy and Execution : /b /pulliDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial industrial (CI) applications, and microgrid solutions. /liliMeet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management. /li /ulpb2. Customer Relationship Management : /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. /liliUnderstand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their technical and financial goals. /liliProvide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. /li /ulpb3. Technical and Market Expertise : /b /pulliStay up-to-date on BESS technology, market trends, and regulatory developments to effectively position the company’s products. /liliWork closely with the technical team to design and propose energy storage solutions, including technical specifications, configurations, and performance benefits. /liliDeliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. /li /ulpb4. Proposal Development and Negotiation : /b /pulliPrepare detailed sales proposals, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and project timelines. /liliLead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both the company and the customer. /liliCollaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to finalize agreements. /li /ulpb5. Collaboration with Internal Teams : /b /pulliCoordinate with the engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale. /liliProvide market feedback to the product development team to enhance the BESS product portfolio. /liliParticipate in cross-functional meetings to align sales efforts with company objectives. /li /ulpb6. Reporting and Analysis : /b /pulliTrack sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. /liliAnalyze market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. /liliMaintain an up-to-date CRM database with customer information and sales activities. /li /ulpbMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field. /lili3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. /liliStrong understanding of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power conversion systems. /liliProven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. /liliProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. /li /ulpbSKILLS /b /pulliTechnical knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications. /liliExperience in renewable energy project financing or sales. /liliFamiliarity with energy policies, grid interconnection standards, and market regulations. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. /liliAbility to build trust and credibility with customers and partners. /liliSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. /li /ulpbOTHERS /b /pulliAvailability to travel /liliBe able to work in a multicultural environment. /liliCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and industry engagement. /liliBe able to commit deadlines to attend the Projects objectives. /liliBe able to work on dynamic situations and under eventual pressure circumstances. /liliAble to uphold and respect work ethics and company policies to conduct activities with integrity. /liliA team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility, and honesty. /liliOffice-based role with frequent travel to client sites, conferences, and trade shows. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
