For our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a:IT PROJECT COORDINATOR - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENTTasks and Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will work in coordination with the IT Project Manager and will be responsible for the operational management of the following activities, supporting a major international banking client, working daily in English and ensuring continuity on dedicated project activities.The role is focused on coordinating projects in asoftware development environment, requiring a solid understanding of how software is designed, developed, tested and released.Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of Banking software development projectsCoordinate daily activities involving development teams, data management and operationsMonitor project timelines, deliverables and internal deadlines across the software development lifecycleManage and track customer requests, incidents and tickets related to ongoing software projectsCollect and document customer requirements and support their analysis together with development teamsAct as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing projects and support activitiesPrepare project documentation, reports and progress updates for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure effective communication between customers, development teams and internal stakeholdersSupport testing and validation phases (UAT) before delivery to the customerAssist in the coordination of releases, deployments and post-release activitiesEnsure compliance with internal quality standards and project proceduresRequirements and expected skills:One or more years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management or IT delivery rolesExperience in coordinating activities or projects within a software development environment (SDLC)Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (requirements, development, testing, release)Experience working with development teams; hands-on development experience is considered a plus but not requiredFluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken, with daily use in professional contextsStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyGood communication and customer relationship skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to translate customer needs into structured requirementsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and project management toolsProactive attitude and problem-solving mindsetResidence within 100 km of NovaraWhat we offer:Permanent full-time employment contractCompensation and level to be defined based on experience, including bonuses and benefitsWork location: Novara (NO).
