PpWe are looking for a Sales Analyst to support sales director. This role ensures effective implementation of commercial strategy by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and acting as a link between Sales leadership, Field teams, and central functions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of sales execution in a dynamic, multi-brand environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTranslate sales strategy into actionable plans and track progress of commercial initiatives. /liliAssist in preparing and following up on commercial decisions and related dossiers. /liliAligning with Area Managers, monitor activities progress in field, and gather market feedback. /liliTrack KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, targets, forecasts, stock, network performance), prepare reports, deliver analysis and support forecasting and planning. /liliCoordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and Fleet B2B for campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and central activities and information flow between HQ and field. /liliAssist in new brand/model launches and go-to-market plans and execution. /liliOptimize and standardize sales processes, improve tools and methodologies. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. /lili3–6 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles, familiarity with multi-brand automotive or complex retail contexts is preferred. /liliStrong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret KPIs and performance data. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. /liliSolid project management capabilities with strong prioritization and organizational skills. /liliStructured, reliable, and autonomous execution-orientated approach to work. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in Italian and English both spoken and written. /liliProblem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments /li /ulh3About the Company /h3h3OMODA Motors /h3pOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.
