PbTHE ROLE /b /ppWe are looking for a dynamic and analytical bCategory Merchandiser, Sneakers /b to join our Footwear team. /ppThis role will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the sneakers category assortment to drive growth, profitability, and brand positioning across all relevant channels. /ppbr/ppbWHAT YOU’LL DO /b /pulliDefine and execute the sneakers category Merchandising and Collection strategy in line with brand vision and seasonal objectives. /liliAnalyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. /liliDevelop seasonal assortment plans (style, color, price, distribution) to maximize sales and margins. /liliDevelop special makeup assortment for strategic key accounts to differentiate assortment and maximise business opportunities, in cooperation with partners /liliCollaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the sneakers category aligns with commercial and creative priorities. /liliMonitor sell-through, stock levels, and product performance across channels; propose in-season actions where needed. /liliPrepare reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management. /liliSupport go-to-market activities, including product launches and drops, product training, and storytelling for the sneakers category. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHO YOU ARE /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or related field. /lili4–5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying or category management, ideally within sneakers, footwear or streetwear. /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. /liliStrategic and commercial mindset. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. /liliHigh proficiency in Excel and merchandising/planning tools. /liliFluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /liliPassion for sneakers, streetwear culture and emerging trends. /liliAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliProactive, agile and solutions-oriented attitude. /li /ul
