Responsibilities
* Serve as a technical expert in presales engagements, focusing on high-frequency electromagnetic solutions mainly for the Aerospace & Defense industry.
* Analyze and understand customer requirements, pain points, and project goals to deliver tailored Synopsys solutions.
* Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations that address customer needs.
* Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives to showcase product capabilities and value.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.

* Drive sales growth by effectively demonstrating the value of Synopsys solutions to key customers in the A&D sector.

Requirements
* Master's degree in Electromagnetics or a closely related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in customer‑facing roles or as an engineer within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
* Deep expertise in high‑frequency electromagnetic concepts, antennas, EMC, and PCB design.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
* Proven experience in project management within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
* Proficiency with simulation tools and methodologies relevant to electromagnetic analysis.
* Exceptional customer relations skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
