Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team across Northern Italy Drive regional performance against quarterly and annual targets Build and execute strategic plans to accelerate growth Foster partnerships with hospitals and healthcare systems Manage complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles Ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth Order‑to‑Cash and customer experience Support indirect sales channels and agents in the region Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions Promote accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement Model leadership within the broader leadership team through mentoring and sharing best practices Support regional and European strategic initiatives and represent the Business Unit Manager when needed Responsabilità
Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of professional experience Strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets Experience in Medical Devices, preferably Sports Medicine or Orthopedic environments Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles Experience leading through influence and people development Commercial and financial acumen with business planning skills Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Capital sales experience preferred English proficiency Requisiti fondamentali
