United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. We offer OmniChannel Front Office BPO services worldwide in all languages and are currently seeking a talented Italian-speaking CSR for our international team.
Job Overview
Our new teammates will participate in managing multilingual customer service for one of our clients, a flagship of shared green mobility across the EU.
Application Process

Responsibilities
1. Escalate issues in Italian and/or English for Second Line Helpdesk support if applicable.
2. Assist with additional administrative tasks related to the campaign.
3. Follow instructions, standard operating procedures, call scripts, and FAQs provided by management.
4. Ensure SLA compliance and demonstrate ownership mentality towards customer needs.
5. Maintain punctuality and availability for assigned shifts.
6. Participate in all required training sessions.
7. Substitute for other agents when needed.
8. Provide immediate feedback on any issues with the used programs.
Agent Requirements
1. At least C1 level in Italian and C1 in English.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a call/service center in a similar role.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
6. Able to work 140+ hours per month in CET timezone.

Offer Details
