This role is central to building an unconditionally reliable platform that our merchants can bet their business on, directly supporting our mission. /p pAs the Technical Product Manager for Reliability Engineering, you will be accountable for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for increasing the resilience of Mollie’s core payment platform. You will be the first point of contact for defining and measuring what reliability means at Mollie. This is a high-impact role where you will collaboratively define and promote best practices around observability, incident response, post-mortem analysis and production readiness. You together with your team will create the building blocks to enable Mollie’s engineers to elevate our services to the highest standards of operational preparedness, ensuring they consistently meet performance, resiliency, and availability benchmarks. You won't have direct engineering reports but instead together with an engineering manager you will lead a team of platform engineers and SREs, working closely with other product and engineering teams in our enablement domains. /p h3What you’ll ship /h3 pA clear, long-term breliability vision, strategy and roadmap /b that aligns the entire engineering organization. /p pA standardized framework bSLI/SLOs and error budgets /b, game days and business continuity testing; driving adoption across all engineering teams. /p pTangible improvements to our bincident management tooling /b and processes, making our response faster and more effective. /p pA measurable breduction in time-to-detect (TTD) and time-to-recover (TTR) /b for critical incidents. /p pA prioritized backlog of initiatives to fix systemic risks, built in partnership with engineering leads. /p h3What you’ll bring /h3 p5+ years of btechnical product management /b experience, ideally with a background as an engineer or SRE. /p pA deep understanding of bdistributed systems /b, cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), and core bSRE principles /b. /p pProven experience defining, tracking, and improving key reliability metrics like bSLIs, SLOs, TTD, and TTR /b. /p pThe ability to blead and influence /b cross-functional teams of engineers and SREs without direct authority. /p pA strong technical foundation and the ability to drive complex, systems-level projects from ambiguity to completion. /p h3Grow your way /h3 pAt Mollie, growth is personal.
