Ph3EMEA Sales and Business Development Manager (F/M/D) /h3 pbAt TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. /b /p pbWhy you should join /b /p ul liThe Precision Technology Solutions (PTS) Business Unit is seeking a strong candidate to manage distribution and sales strategy for PTS product families within EMEA to drive sales, accountability, and engagement within these channels. This candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to not only increase sales but to also significantly improve our engagement, overall interaction and position within this space. This role will include, yet is not limited to; sales interaction, training and development, execution of branch and market plans and growing market share and revenue. /li /ul pbYour main tasks /b /p ul liManage and motivate a diverse team of sales and field application engineers. /li liMeet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to TE's Values. /li liAlign Channel and Customers with the PTS product and GTM strategies. /li liManage and be the main point of contact for existing and new partners. /li liCoordinate with Product Management and Marketing on Key Design in Products, Marketing Programs, New Product Introductions and Inventory management. /li liRegular visits to key partners in key markets to drive engagement and ensure PTS focus to increase TE placement on BOM’s. /li liDrive Product Management and FAE engagement with end customers and distributors at the branch level. /li liCoordinate and Manage participation at Distribution Training Activities and Conferences (FAE Training, PM Conference, Distribution Summits). /li liHarmonize BU engagement with the DMM team and our partners regarding product placement in top projects and opportunities. /li liOrganize quarterly reviews with key partners focusing on PTS. /li liAttend and participate in sales meetings, corporate trade shows, and partner conferences. /li liAbility to work with and excel in a team environment. /li /ul pbYour ideal background /b /p ul liEngineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial) or Business backgrounds, combining strong technical expertise with business insight. /li liover 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in technical field and proven success in product management, business development, or strategic sales within electronics, industrial automation, or related industries. /li liStrong business acumen with the ability to drive pricing strategies, optimize margins, and enhance portfolio profitability. /li liSkilled at managing multiple priorities across diverse markets and cultures, with demonstrated adaptability and cross-cultural awareness. /li liExceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities; experienced in fostering collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives. /li liFluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish highly valued for effective communication across regions. /li liFlexible and committed to international mobility, with availability to travel up to 30–40% across EMEA Region. /li /ul pbCompetencies /b /p pSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) /p h3About Te Connectivity /h3 pTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
