Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role as a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between the technical and sales teams by demonstrating solutions to customers, providing technical support, and customizing solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining technical products, identifying needs, crafting proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing and engineering teams will also be required to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to demonstrate and explain complex technical solutions to varied audiences
* Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions
* Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts in a comprehensible manner to customers and team members
* Proven ability to work in a remote setting with strong time management and organizational skills
* Experience in agriculture, industrial automation, or related fields is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
